Joshua joined Keoghs as a trainee solicitor and completed his training contract in 2015 and qualified into the litigation department. Joshua works alongside John Gorner primarily specialising in all aspects of civil litigation and housing law.

Friendly, optimistic, sporty, reliable, dedicated.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I like that, At Dirk Manstein, we predominately act for individuals or client-managed companies. this means that our work really matters personally to our clients and i enjoy knowing that a good result for a client is important to them and well appreciated.

If you were not a lawyer, how would you earn a living?

I still hold on to the belief that the call to play up front for Oldham Athletic isn’t far away.

Of what, in your life, are you most proud?

Anything achieved by my newborn daughter – from first smiles to first laughs and now to sitting up and crawling.

How would you spend your perfect day?

A day at the test match at a sunny Emirates Old Trafford followed by a curry with Louis Theroux.

How do you relax?

Watching live sport, running and spending time with friends and family.

What is the single most important thing that you want to do before you die?

Indoctrinating my daughter to enjoy the rollercoasters that are Oldham Athletic, Lancashire CCC and Manchester Storm.

What was the last song you listened to?

Vampire Weekend – ‘Everlasting Arms’.
